Returns

Within 15 days OF DELIVERY, you can return a product for refund. These returns are at your own charge.

The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging and condition.

UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, ALL TAGS INCLUDED.

Incomplete products, tags or labels damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted.

ARNODEFRANCE does not cover the return shipping cost.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?

To return an item, please contact us via our contact form.

- Make a return request by describing the item being returned, reason for return and any comments.

- You will receive a reply WITHIN 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS with the procedure, with an address of the nearest distribution center to return the item to.

- Send the package to the address indicated.

 

The cost of return and re- shipment Are my dependents ?

Returns are made at your own charges.

ARNODEFRANCE supports re-shipment costs.

all shipping costs related to returns AND exchanges, will be borne by the customer. ARNODEFRANCE DOES not cover shipping costs for returns/ exchanges unless proven faulty. shipping costs are not refundable for returns and exchanges and you are responsible for the costs of shipping the products back to US.

 

In case of exchange , when will I receive my new article ?

Once your return is validated, we will proceed with the exchange in the same time as an order.

 

In case of refund, when will it be done ?

Upon reception and confirmation of your return parcel, the refund will be made Within 15 working days and you will receive an email confirmation of payment.

 

My return was rejected , why ?

Your return may be refused for two reasons :

- Return made out of time (over 15 days after purchasing the item).

- Because the products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled are not included.

Despite the care we take in preparing orders and despite quality control we do before each shipment, it may exceptionally happen that you receive an item you did not order. In this case you have a delay of 15 days (FROM THE DATE OF YOUR ORDER) to return it. Upon reception of your returned item, you will be refunded immediately. To return an item, you must contact us via our contact form. You will receive a reply within 24 hours with the procedure.
